Belinda is director, quality assurance and testing for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York. With over 25 years’ experience in the technology field, her most notable accomplishments at the region’s leading health plan include enhanced alignment between the quality assurance team and the business areas the team supports, the implementation of functional maturity and other enhancements, and the creation of an automation team from the ground up, which is now a well-established resource for the company.

Under her direction, the company’s quality assurance team is operating at maximum efficiency, increasing overall speed to market and quality in delivering technology solutions that benefit more than 800,000 members throughout Western New York. 

She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Medaille College. She serves on the board for Spectrum Health and Human Services, which partners with adults, children and families as they recover from behavioral, emotional, mental health and/or substance related disorders. Belinda is also a founding member of Blue Cross Blue Shield’s affinity group, Women’s Leadership Circle.
