BETAS 2018 AT RIVERWORKS ON MAY 3, 2018

Each year the BETAS honors the best and brightest in the WNY IT Community.  This year, we will be hosting the BETAS at Buffalo RiverWorks on May 3, 2018.  Our annual event will include the BETAS Awards Ceremony and Technology Showcase.

New this year - Mayhem in May!  Robot Competition

4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. during the Technology Showcase
Run by Team 12736 Electric Mayhem – Nichols School

Description – Between 10-12 local High Schools will compete during the Technology Showcase in a dedicated area on the 2nd floor of RiverWorks.  There will be an estimated 100-120 students and parents on-site during the competition.  
 3:00 – 5:00 Setup –student competitors will set-up and begin the preliminary Robot competition and identify the four top teams 
 5:45 – 6:45 – Finals of the Robot competition – Trophies will be awarded to the top three teams 

During the Technology Showcase and Robot Competition, there will also be larger Robots available for guests to try out.
