Responsible for actively leading a team of System Administrators to support the company’s cloud and server operations including Active Directory, Windows Servers, virtualization, storage, networking and firewalls. Collaborate with project managers, business relationship managers, business intelligence and information security teams. Responsible for developing and managing regulatory requirements and change control. Guide operational and skills transformation from On-prem to cloud operations. Participate in strategy development to achieve corporate goals.

Job Responsibilities
40% Infrastructure Operations- Implement and maintain infrastructure components that align within the overall technology strategy.
20% Leadership- Identify, recruit and retain top performing employees; manage nonperforming employees in accordance with company policy. Manage with the intent to motivate, train and develop. Provide timely, constructive feedback regarding progress of work and performance. Make well informed decisions, demonstrate initiative, use sound judgment, exhibit autonomy, and execute.
15% Technology Governance- Align technology and business strategies to ensure technology risks are identified and controlled as part of the enterprise risk management process. Develop organizational policies and procedures to provide oversight and transparency to optimize the costs and enable trust, teamwork and confidence in the use of technology.
15% Vendor Management- Primary contact for infrastructure vendors. Responsible for licensing renewals and support and maintenance contracts for key infrastructure. Manage relationships with relevant external and internal AAA business partners.
10% IT Business Strategy- Works in partnership with the Director of Information Technology to the develop and execute the IT Portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
Experience working with On-prem and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS & Oracle).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud services such as Azure, Windows Servers, PowerShell, system automation and Office 365, or other advanced Microsoft certifications.
Experience with virtualization technologies.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
Prior experience with Network Operations, firewall, virtualization, VDI, servers, Enterprise storage (SAN/NAS), Linux/Windows OS & change control.
Will have experience with Database and Data Warehouse operations.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in a regulated industry preferred.
