The Enterprise Transformation Office is responsible for helping guide and move M&T forward through the ever changing Digital Transformation and Process Automation industry. This position, as member of the Automation Center of excellence will have the opportunity to influence the future of M&T through the agile development of innovative process automation solutions using a suite of industry leading tools. With an initial focus in Robotic Process Automation(RPA) development, the position will be responsible for creating efficient, stable, and scalable designs using Blue Prism as the main development tool. Additional opportunities will include the introduction of other technologies, e.g. Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Natural Language Processing, as standalone solutions or as integrations into RPA designs. The position will not only support new development, but also the continuous improvement of existing processes. The position will work as a team with Business Process experts, RPA project intake analysts, and Business and Technology partners for the entire project lifecycle.
Function: Responsibility for delivering the automated processes under the supervision of experienced /accredited process modelers.
Position Responsibilities:Design basic robotic process solutions in accordance with standard M&T design principles and conventionsConfigure Robotic software application, of a generally less complex nature, to effectively run proposed business processes; using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understandCreate and maintain solution documentation; including test requirements and scenariosAdhere to all change control and project release requirementsAssist in problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes and provide timely responses and solutions as requiredWork within project planning constraints, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly, and provide inputs to the change control processCommunicate with process owners and SME's on how a robotic solution will be designed to effectively run a particular business processSupport Production Control during live testing and deployment to production environment
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 3 year relevant work experience; OR in lieu of degree, a combined 7 years of higher education/relevant experienceGood verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audienceExperience with reading and understanding basic job instructions or operating proceduresStrong mathematical and reasoning skillsExperience with pertinent spread sheet, word processing, and Email software
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Programming, Computer Science or Software DevelopmentWork experience using Robotic Process Automation or Artificial Intelligence tools A working knowledge of business process workflow (step by step instructions)Ability to work within a structured change control environmentAn aptitude for problem solving using structured methods and toolsA self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
