Job Description
This part-time job involves providing support to the Sales and Marketing team by handling customer requests related to software sales and service, which are sometimes complex or technical in nature. A great deal of software knowledge, research and coordination can be involved. 
• Develop sales quotes 
• Develop and maintain sales materials and assist with maintaining website
• Assist in coordination of marketing activities 
• Coordinate software product demonstrations and meetings 
• Maintain sales activity records in CRM system and prepare sales reports 
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns, log support cases in CRM
• Work as an interface between clients and consultants to provide answers to technical questions the client might have 
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships 
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery 
• Log, monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management 
• Work with software vendors to keep up to date records of new version releases 
• Assist with software upgrades – verify compatibility, log task cases, schedule trainings 
• Coordinate trade show planning including mailings and lead follow up 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• General understanding of the software technology industry
• Customer-service oriented 
• Highly organized and detail-oriented 
• Can manage schedules and multiple activities and tasks
