Blockchain for Supplychain: Changing the Dynamic of International Trade

Open any international trade journal right now, and you’ll see an article on how Blockchain is the future of supply chain. It can be a confusing message, since most of what the layman knows at a 50,000-foot level about Blockchain revolves around cryptocurrency. But the biggest players in global supply chain have already started their move, and the time is now for companies working in the global marketplace to get to know Blockchain and its logistics and supply chain applications.
 
World Trade Center Buffalo Niagara is partnering with Blockchain Buffalo, the Buffalo Niagara International Trade Gateway Organization (ITGO) and InfoTech WNY for a two-part educational session, held back-to-back, including a general overview of Blockchain, followed by a more detailed Blockchain for Supply Chain.
