Armand Morrison has been involved in healthcare IT for over 20 years working with c-suite executives across the continuum of care to help leverage new technologies toward improving patient care and reducing cost. Armand is currently on the executive board for the NYS chapter of Health Information Management Systems Society "HIMSS" , which is a global advisor and thought leader supporting the transformation of health through information and technology. In this role, Armand is co-chair if the IT Leadership committee and WNY chapter liaison and has coordinated multiple educational and networking events that bring together like minded individuals across the healthcare IT continuum with a focus on leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes, and reduce the cost of delivering care.
On the professional side, Armand is a Vice President with emids, a Nashville-based company specializing in healthcare IT consulting services and technology solutions. Some projects that Armand has been involved with include working with a regional health system select, implement, and bring live a new enterprise Epic EHR system; working with a large physician practice to improve their talent acquisition process through innovative technology solutions like robotic process automation (RPA) and launch several data marts and BI dashboards with a team of microstrategy developers; working with a large for profit health system outsource the management of their health IT interface systems.

Jennifer is responsible for building relationships with universities, community, and local corporations to help create an innovation district in Buffalo. She is focused on empowering corporate innovation and helping organizations develop creative solutions to challenging business problems.
Jennifer worked for 10 years in mortgage banking in Atlanta, GA before transitioning into talent acquisition and technical staffing program management where she spent 5 years managing national accounts. Prior to joining the BNMC, she was an Account Executive, selling IT services and software development solutions. In this role, she helped bring the Topcoder Open to Buffalo in 2017.
Jennifer is a Virginia native and graduate of Mary Baldwin College. She moved to Buffalo with her husband and two sons in 2009 after spending 12 years in Atlanta, GA.
